That should probably read foggy, cause that’s what it was for most of today. But not all is lost, we were still able to make some pretty cool pictures – some, even, of birds!
This should give you a pretty good idea of what was out there this morning, still an interesting image, yes?
Great Blue Heron and a Canada Goose, both looking for something in the fog, just can’t see it.
This was from this afternoon. Finally, late in the day the fog burned off and most of the geese had returned to the pond. They floated in a bit closer than this morning and we had two or three brilliant blast offs. As you can see it gets pretty crowded, they need an air traffic controller!!

We’re only here for a short time in the morning before we head back home, so maybe we’ll get a nice clear morning and pretty sunrise. That would be the icing on the cake!
