After a slight interuption from the deer the other day, it’s back to backgrounds. The bright red of the cardinal contrasts beautifully with the green foliage behind. Just the opposite of the other shots where the colors were so complementary. This is a bit bolder and the subject really stands out. Again the perch is a little big, but I really don’t think it detracts from the image.
