Our last day with the Farne Island birds. Tomorrow we head north to explore Scotland!
Waving goodbye, hoping for our return one day!
The black legged kittiwakes and razorbills were too busy with their chicks to pay us any mind….
….. while the arctic terns were happy to see us go!!
Puffins, the clown of the sea, our reason for making this trip were a treat to visit with over the last few days. Until we meet again!

What a great selection of pictures, they all looked lie they were biding you farewell and wishing you safe journey !!! Do you suppose they know that Scotsmen drive on the left side of the road?

How awesome to be so close to those winged things of beauty! We can’t wait to see how the rest of your journey unfolds. Safe travels…..
I just got caught up with the pictures through 6/30. Looking forward to seeing what is next on your excursion.
What lens were you using for the birds? Beautiful!
