Glacier National Park

Arrived yesterday afternoon and have had a chance to briefly look around this park I’ve wanted to visit for a long time.

One of the more iconic views.  Wild Goose Island in St. Mary Lake, this morning just before sunrise.  Quiet and beautiful place to be today!

Late yesterday evening, one of the many cascades flowing down into St. Mary lake.

Last night, on the way back to our hotel we ran across this mother black bear with three cubs!  She really didn’t seem to care much about all the cars lined up along the road as she foraged for food in the field.  Her cubs following along.  Pretty amazing first day in Glacier!
