Color and Shadows

Today I spent the day with Charlie Moore of Overland Canyon Tours …. all day!  Charlie is a fantastic photographer and knows this area like nobody else.  We had a spectacular day!  The major portion was spent at Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons.  Two world famous slot canyons that in the prime part of the year will see hundreds of people through them at peak times.  Today, in Upper Antelope, there was about 15 minutes when we neither saw nor heard anybody.  Amazing time there.  I’ve just scratched the surface editing, even looking, at all my images from there.  What follows are a few I had the chance to work on tonight.

It’s all about the shadows!  This last image was the last shot I took in Upper Antelope.  Something about it made me want to go back and get it, mysterious.
